Relationship to Coral Canyon Development

The Estates at Burke Springs is fortunate to be surrounded by one of Utah’s most successful and award winning master planned communities.  Burke Springs is surrounded by the Coral Canyon Community in Washington Utah.  Burke Springs is not part of the Coral Canyon Development nor is it a part of the Coral Canyon Home Owners Association.  As such, Burke Springs Residents do not have access to the Coral Canyon Recreation Center and Pool.  However, Burke Springs Residents do have access to the city parks and trails that are located throughout the Coral Canyon Development.  In fact, one of Coral Canyon’s Trailhead’s is located at the edge of Burke Springs.  The Coral Canyon Golf Course at present is open to the public and available for play to Burke Springs Residents.  Finally, Burke Springs Residents are not assessed any Special Improvement District, Special Service District or Special HOA Assessments related to the Coral Canyon Development.
